Frogtown Cedars Farm, LLC is a small, family-run farm dedicated to raising quality Mini Nubian and Standard Nubian dairy goats with a focus on performance, health, and sustainability. Established in 2018 from a “someday” dream, our journey began with Nigerian Dwarf goats, initially brought in for weed control and as a high-fat milk source to support our daughter’s ketogenic diet for epilepsy. But it wasn’t long before the long-eared charm of Nubians won us over—and we’ve never looked back.
Today, we proudly maintain a performance herd, participating in participating in live and virtual shows, Linear Appraisal, DHI (Dairy Herd Improvement), and annual health testing for CAE, CL, and Johne’s. Our dedication to genetics, structure, and production has led to finished champions in the show ring and does earning milk stars for exceptional production.
We're active members of the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA), Miniature Dairy Goat Association (MDGA), and The Miniature Goat Registry (TMGR).
Beyond goats, our farm is home to a variety of pasture-raised poultry for eggs and meat, Kunekune pigs, and Colorado Mountain Dogs for livestock protection. We also craft small-batch goat milk soap and lotions, grow pollinator-friendly gardens, and offer raw goat milk (for pet use), eggs, and more.
