Frogtown Cedars JCB Petunia x Foggy Fork Farm Under A Violet Moon *B
Moon won Best in Show Junior Buck in the 2023 spring MGDA v-show. Petunia placed 1st in both 1yr old in-milk classes
Kids will be F2’s and have the chance of blue eyes and moon spots. This will be Petunia’s 2nd freshening

Opus 7 Farm OJ Ebony Queen *2P *2D x Green Gables Mars Bars *B
Ebony placed 1st and 2nd in the 3yr old classes in the 2023 MDGA spring v-show. This will be Ebony’s 4th freshening. We are so pleased with her milk production which has increased with each freshening, peaking at 9.2lb as a 3rd freshener, her udder holding up well and is a breeze to milk. Ebony has beautiful and correct conformation, along with lovely long ears and roman nose. Mars comes to us this fall and is chosen to breed Ebony for his perfect topline, length, width along with his milk genetics and beautiful udders, attachments and teat placement behind him. We absolutely can’t wait to see what he adds to our breeding program! Bucklings will inherit their *B. Kids will be F5’s

Magnolia Main Penelope *PD x Green Gables Mars Bars *B
Kids will be F5 mini nubians and have the chance of moonspots. This will be Penny’s 3rd freshening. She have us a set of quads as a 1st and 2nd freshener. Penny easily earned her milk star as a FF and continues to be on milk test as a 2nd freshener. Penny is our favorite doe to hand milk with her long soft teats and wide orifices. Mars comes to us this fall and is chosen to breed Penny for his perfect topline, length, width along with his milk genetics and beautiful udders, attachments and teat placement behind him. We absolutely can’t wait to see what he adds to our breeding program! Bucklings will inherit their *B Kids will be F5’s

Frogtown Cedars HFP Tupelo Honey x Whispering Willows Red Baron (Root Beer)
Tupelo won Grand Champion Junior Does in the 2023 spring MDGA v-show. She is a first freshener out of Magnolia Main Penelope *P. Root Beer is new to us and we are excited to see what he brings to our program. He greatly improved attachments on his daughters. Their kids will be F6 and will likely qualify for Purebred status.
UPDATE Tupelo delivered 2 does and a buck, unfortunately at 3.5 months gestation. We look forward to breeding her at first heat next season. I brought her into milk, even though she was 1.5 months early, and she is a dream to hand milk with long soft teats and wide orifices just like her dam, though better teat placement with a stronger MSL than her dam. She has a sweet little udder and I expect big things from her next season with a normal pregnancy.
Frogtown Cedars Betty’s Tuppence x Green Gables Mars Bars *B
An exciting late season breeding of our yearling Tilly and Mars for July kids, confirmed pregnant via ultrasound with several embroy visible.
This breeding combines our nubian doe Betty (SNS Farms Roni) who has a socked on udder and our buck, Frogtown Cedars HFP Tumaini, out of our mini nubian doe Penny (Magnolia Main Penelope *P) with the best teats for hand milking, both Penny and Betty produce high milk fat with very capacious udders and strong desire to produce milk, with Green Gables Mars Bars, a buck out of Green Gables SS Hershey’s Bliss *P, grand son of VMCH Green Gables SS MoonBeam ++*B. This a power breeding and we can’t wait to see what they produce!!

Nubian Breeding Plans
SNS Farms Roni (Betty) x Foggy Fork Farm Under A Violet Moon *B
This breeding will give us our thirds set of F1 mini nubians out of Betty who has the most socked on udder we’ve ever seen. Pairing her with Moon, the goal to improve teat placement in her daughters while maintaining rear udder height and attachments. We expect kids with great conformation, long and level toplines and we hope for moon spots because we like pizzazz with our milk! Moon won Best in Show Junior Buck in the 2023 spring MGDA v-show. Kids will be F1 mini nubians. Betty was bred by Moon on 10/3/2023.
UPDATE Betty unfortunately had a doa buckling. We look forward to breeding her again this coming season.
Never Fail Victoria x Hoffman’s Nubians Supernova
Vicki has matured into a very beautiful long, level and wide doe. She is a great producer for us with a strong desire to stay in milk. She gave us a single buckling 2 years in a row, we are REALLY hoping for twin does this time around. Think double pink! Not that a buck out of her would be a bad thing, she has a great mammary system with a well attached udder and long teats that are perfectly placed for hand milking. Nova is just so flashy, even if you take away his markings, he is so flashy! I love to watch him walk around the farm, how high he carries his head on the long neck, level top line, legs well positioned under him. His dam was a FF this year. Vicki was bred 10/10/23.

Dream Sweet Bear Stella x Hoffman’s Nubians Supernova
Stella is a 2 yr old, 2nd freshener, purebred nubian who does not disappoint on the milk stand, peaking at over 12lb in 24 hours as a 2nd freshener! She is on 305 milk test and at 6 months fresh, surpassed the requirements needed to earn her production award. One more month until she hits the 240 day mark in order to make it official. Stella is a breeze to milk by hand, she loves her job as top producer in our herd and does everything with a smile and a positive attitude. She is truly the sweetest goat! Nova is a stunning young purebred nubian buck and has been a rockstar when it comes to breeding senior does that seem twice his size and 4x his weight. We love everything about this young buck and can’t wait to get him to a show next year. His conformation is exceptional and well, let’s face it, he’s flashy if you like flash ( I do!) His sire’s full sister, Tami’s Farm DT Passion Daquiri was the 2019 ADGA Nationals 1st Place Milking Yearling! We can’t wait to see what he adds to our program with his kids due from Feb - April 2024. There are Top 10 genetics being this buck! Stella was bred 11/27/23

Chiques Amber Moon x Hoffman’s Nubians Supernova
Both Amber and Nova have very correct conformation with strong breed character and we expect their kids to be nothing short of exceptional. Amber is a first freshener and we are excited to see her freshen in ‘24!
UPDATE Amber freshened on 4/11/2024 with a single flashy doeling. She is being evaluated

Frogtown Cedars Farm, LLC maintains the right to retain any goat born on our farm before filling any wait list requests. Our goal is to match buyer’s with goats that fit their goals. A $200 non refundable deposit is due to reserve a goat of any age.
